β β β β β The payment process was simple and straightforward. There are multiple methods; GrabPay and etc. However, I'm very disappointed with the efficiency of the company. I put in an order at 5:40pm yesterday 20 Jan 2020 for funeral flowers to be delivered today 21 Jan 2020, but didn't see it at the funeral. Called the florist at 3:35pm today, only to have the gentleman on the other line tell me, they are only preparing the flowers then and when I mentioned that the funeral parlor closes at 7pm as stated in their official office hours. He was like, 'Oh don't worry, they usually only start the service around 8pm till late. We will have it delivered by 6pm.'
A word of advice to the owner, do not take the business if you cannot fulfill the demands in a timely manner. To you, it might be just another bouquet but to the people who has lost someone - it is a sign that the deceased has been loved, will be missed and it is the final goodbye. There is no re-do to this, it is a tribute to be given at the service of the deceased.
I'm hoping that this is an isolated case, because no one deserves this level of ineptitude and especially not the dead. Have more pride in your work, it's not just flowers.
Update: The flowers didn't turn up after 8 something at night. The cremation was the next day! This company is unbelievable.
