β β β β β Iβve always been thankful for this centerβs presence in the mall as it made paying bills so convenient. My first shock was when I walked in to pay my bill at 9.15 pm only to be told that itβs closed. The mall closes at 10pm. I understand if all operation stops at 9.30pm BUT by 9.15pm? What exactly is this centreβs operational hours please? When I asked the staff, none could give me a definite time except to say that they START CLOSING AFTER 9pm.

β β β β β I bought a micro SD card 256GB from the small right shop, i have transferred my pictures into it and got crashed, and a notice came in that my phone cant write the SD card. Some of my pictures in it have become corrupted and errors.
Advice: buy at a licensed and trusted place thn a place like this, e.g. Harvey Norman.

β β β β β THIS IS NOT A MAXIS CENTER. They gave us wrong information and said that there was only one solution to our problem. So we did. When I called Maxis's support number, they said that was not true. This is the second time this dealership misled us. Please save yourself the time and hassle and go to the Maxis centre. This dealership doesn't know the proper procedures that Maxis has.
update: when I filed a case via the Hotlink helpline, I did not receive any follow up for weeks. The case was suddenly closed with no explanation. After many follow up phonecalls with the helpline, I was told that the person who closed the case was... Maxis Gurney Plaza!

β β β β β Super Duper BAD Customer service. I don't know why MAXIS will appoint this kind of the shop to represent them? Totally spoil MAXIS Image. Walk in no people come and serve but if you buy product from their shop they immediately come to you. they only use maxis pull the traffic and hard sell other product. MAXIS PLEASE REAPPOINT OTHER DEALER TO REPRESENT YOU. This shop only will spoil you image.

β β β β β Really bad customer service. The Chinese girl, long straight hair with glasses, she talks without looking at you , no sense of customer service. Wanted to buy a phone cover, instead of helping they asked me to go to another shop where they sell phone covers as theirs are all mixed up. You guys really need to up your game. Shameful really.
