★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The person who handles to appointment and arranggement for swab test is very rude indeed. i only whatsapp to confirm appointment and documents issue, that person is very rude on whatsapp. reply with all caps lock like im stupid or what. i cancelled the appointment. should not work in servicing people if you are like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you Dr Sashi and staffs . My husband did swab test here. It was easy to communicate with the clinic via their WhatsApp number for my appointment arrangement. It was my last minute booking, but the person who handle my enquiries, helped me to do the swab test.

服务态度差，发问问题时，没有耐心
How can you determine that mine is a fake account? What attitude is it? The last time when I went to get a vaccination, I already confirmed my appointment in the mysejahtera app. Your business hour on Tuesday is until 7.00 pm, right? How come can you close at 5.00 pm? I called to the clinic for asking your explanation but the attitude is truly bad...Pls be appreciate for mine feedback

My father is a diabetic patient and he had severe infection on his leg, went to other clinics but no clinic able to treat him. Fortunately i was recommended by my friend about this clinic. Dr Sashi is specialised in diabetic wound care.The best treatment, best clinic and best doctor.
