β β β β β The towels and the bedsheets with a moldy smell. Perhaps they are not fully dry. Require RM50 for deposit. Cleaness need some improvements. Walking distance to kl sentral. Restaurants and laundry machines nearby.

β β β β β I was given a faulty room (no electricity and not functioning water heater) and worst thing is that the receptionist knew she was giving me this room yet she thought it's absolutely fine to give me the key? What nonsense. I had three men in my small room working on the repair. What a ridiculous service. Worst hotel ever.

β β β β β This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Itβs really terrible and sucks. I felt something was biting me when I was sleeping. The next day, my arms, back and even my neck and face were full of bedbug bites. I canβt use any words to describe this hotel. All I can say is that it is dreadful and depressing.

β β β β β As per location not so nice, food and other facilities are very nice. Their hospitality is very nice. Outside view is not so good. All surrounding by tall buildings and metro station. For short stay its okay but not for long stay and vacations.

β β β β β Stayed at this hotel for the first time somewhere around 2019, and was satisfied with the rooms add services here, even if the hotel's a budget hotel.
Went again here in March 2022 and the same hospitality was experienced. Apart from the location which stands just beside the Monorail station, about 250 meters away from NU Sentral Mall and around 500 meters from KL Sentral Station, there are many shops and restaurants around here for the visitors' benefits. However, the parking lots around the hotel is quite a disadvantage as the lots are public and one may have to park the vehicles quite far away during peak hours.
The rooms are well-mantained, well-equipped and sparkly clean like any other standard hotels. Room services are also available daily around 9-10 am.

β β β β β We booked our room through Booking.com for 4D3N and we extended 1N booked directly by phone call to the hotel and the room rate cheaper than online booking. We unable to enter the room as there is aircond maintenance and we need wait for 30 minutes. There is power cut about 40 minutes during our 4th night there. Understood that hotel was budget hotel, my bedsheet got staple refill, my pillow got black stain, the room spacious, got mirror inside the bathroom only, no tooth brush provided, and can hear the sound from the next room. This hotel near to the KL Sentral by walking distance. I will definitely stay there again and hopefully not facing any problems again.
