β β β β β The room was pretty good, neat and clean, amenities provided ( iron, hair dryer, waree boiler, tea, coffee, powder milk), room service available on demand, wi-fi speed good for a hotel, massage parlour available, located at the very central( walking distance to NU Sentral mall) .Laundry price seems a little high and water bottle is not provided untill and unless we call receptionist it would be better if it is provided early in the morning without any call.

β β β β β It's OK, good amenities such as coffee/tea set, toiletries, etc. However, got the smallest room on the inside without any windows, felt dark and gloomy.

β β β β β Everything about this hotel is good given its price. The customer service is unmatched. The security men, janitors, and receptionists are all good. However, some rooms are too narrow!

β β β β β This a very poor hotel that i have seen with worst experience. The lift was shut down for maintenance without checking if there anyone inside. Trap in the lift almost 10 mins before rescued. The hotel scan card need to update at counter everytime you leave otherwise cannot be use. The parking is an another issue, no much hotel parking need to go very far to make parking especially at peak hours. The TV channel only cover TV3 no other channel available. Water heater will take sometime to heat up water after turn on. Its a 3 star hotel but cannot even compare with no star hotel.??

β β β β β The hotel actually provide room by hours, parking space is limited but security will try to be helpful, counter service is OK as usual, internal lobby to lift is nice, room is surprisingly quite complete from water bottles to tissues, iron board prayer mat, safe box and fridge.... Mattress pillows well acceptable toilet is bit small but acceptable for the price paid. Location is near kl sentral but can be very quiet at times so safety check at own self. Overall good stay
