★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good commercial building, has good access to main road and pedestrian, surrounded by other commercial. Located nearby D'sara The Curve. Good hospitality, safety and security, parking space, and good public toilet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you work or are planning to work by car, you can search "menara obyu parking", it should be under "parkrite" to get the latest/book parking rates.
An alternative is parking at empires (across the road).
Do NOT park at the side of the road or you'll get fined, it is regularly checked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I actually visited Menara OBYU, very unique architecture. It is built based on green concept. Very minimal of paint were used. Basement area structures were not coated with paints. Car parks were divided into many categories. They had designated car park bays for car pooling, special bays for hybrid cars. Quite interesting
