Saya berasa kagum dan menyukainya. Doktor & staff semua perempuan, sesuai bagi sesiapa yang mencari Dr perempuan. Terima kasih atas khidmat yang diberikan. 1. I made an appointment with the dentist at 11 a.m. , I arrived at 10.54 a.m. and waited until 11.45 a.m. before the clerk at the counter told me the dentist isn't here yet
2.The hygiene of the entire facility is dusty , dust on the walls , dust on the chairs and table and almost everywhere. Considering my nose is rather sensitive to dust I can personally say this place is a health hazard to people allergic to dust.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked an appointment in the morning. Being a new customer, reception was bad. Put it this way, a brand new customer walks in, 0 greeting from the staff, not a single question was asked by reception to customer. Not even, "Are you here to see the doctor for what services?". More friendly customer services need to be put in place.
Place is okay at best,could use more cleaning and ventilation.
Back to the appointment, waited for almost 1hr without being told anything or any updates. More professionalism needed. You can't expect a customer to sit there and wait the whole day to just wait. We all have activities in our daily lives. The least the doctor could do was to inform the customer that he cannot make it or to reschedule the appointment. 0 communication between doctor and paitent.
This is by far one of the worst dental experinces I had. I was actually introduced by a close friend to try this dental clinic. To my disappointment, this clinic is nothing but a joke. Don't go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dentist out of qualified and quality totally disappointed. She's not deserved called as dentist. Cincai punya kerja and too emotional 100% not professional and credibility failure. What a shame on you. How come this person boleh jadi dentist. Too sucks
