★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything here is great except for the following:
1. Lift at Block D is always broken. There are days there is no lift at all.
2. Security assigned at the pool are more likely perverts than security guards waiting for someone to wear a 2-piece bikini!
3. Units are now are mostly overoccupied by workers (pitty the owners hope they are aware of this) so you go up and down the crowded lift and enjoy feel like you're inside a sardine can.
4. Securty doors are always broken so the new access cards are useless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a year of staying at Nusa Heights, here's my bad experience.
1. My friend house at Block D was broke in by thief and security told us they cant do anything, because management order them to manage car park & front GATE only. Seriously?? security told us have a few houses had already broken in by thief!!!
2. Lift always faulty and monitor at lift was broke by drunk people. after 6 months, management still doing Nothing. Thumbs up.
3. Car Park water leaking Issue at 2nd floor, water was leaked and fall on my car. Wall painting was stained on my NEW CAR! management said it's parking at your own risk. they will not take any responsibility.
well, issue still remain and don't fix it at all!
4. Too Many drunk people and too many workers here! i'm not racist, but at least have to behave! midnight yelling and get drunk at swimming pool??
5. Access card to entrance building basically useless, access door magnet always default. anyone can going into the building without access card. Bravo!
6. Management is the BOSS! and you are a SLAVE!
their service SUCKS.
they treat owner/tenant like A DOG!
although you are still paying management fees to them. WELL DONE!
if anyone who reading this, don't stay here because of near TUAS!
I rather move further houses also will never stay at this place anymore!!! YOU WILL REGRET!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pool is so inviting! Management is so strict with "proper swimming attire" but they never even care if people takes a shower before jumping into the pool!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this apartment is the worst apartment ever! The corridor, parking lot all dirty and smelly. Poor management! Block D always blackout and suddenly no water supply. The residence also bising. Not recommended!
