★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's only my second trip here and hardly any people. Feels a bit lonely eating here, so although the sandwiches are still delicious, I need equally yummy company to enjoy the meal! I'm curious about their donuts though - a new thing on the menu since I last ate here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a large caffe latte but it was very poorly made. The milk was steamed to obliteration because the staff left it unattended while attending the cash register. Very disappointing considering the price is on par with Starbucks and Coffee Bean.

Ordered via Grab 5 sandwiches & 2 salads but u missed out 1 salad and the extra Avocado??♀️ On top of that, I paid premium price and expected premium ingredients and at least it can be filling but NO! I guess Subway and coffee bean offers much better quality sandwiches than U do? Please take customers feedback seriously and improve because your sandwiches are super expensive and it’s not tasty at all. Bread was super dry & hard, lack of sauces & cream cheese, lack of flavours + so little greens?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered Caramel Latte Hot.
1)The Barista guy didn't even Grind and Tamp the beans properly.
2) Didn't purge the previous steam wand and quickly poured the next milk directly into the pitcher which he didn't even washed.
3) Quality of frothing the Milk is very poor. You dont serve Latte like flat white, and you don't leave the Pitcher frothing by itself and serving another customer. My coffee was served very hot. Definitely more that 60°c and the quality of the milk is ruined.
4) I didn't expect to pay much and Serve bad. Will not return again and will share this to my friends.
