This is a very poor customer service call of OCBC. After two days of calling, there is no one answer the call at all and wasted unnecessary phone charges, and my bank problem can't be solved. I haven't experienced such a bad customer service before.
 Very poor customer service telephone service, I won't say anything after spending money, I can't wait for more than 20 minutes for the "one" operator. If you do nโt answer the phone, do nโt just call customer service.
Waste of phone bills, time, and most of the problems cannot be solved!

โ โ โ โ โ Very bad impression on the loan sales team. Walked-in to their branch, the sales don't want to see me, whatapps her few times with queries but only with limited reply, called her few times she can hang-up my calls (just say sorry sorry then hang up) while i half way asking questions. I am serious customer but i feel being disrespected by OCBC. She even asked me call their OCBC lawyer for my queries even i yet start any application. I wonder if this is OCBC culture.
