Hire purchase department very lousy service, never inform me anything, just took the sales, make sure I sign the agreement and that's it.
How I gonna pay the hire purchase installment never tell me.
Voice call her , she said she is busy la, what la... 2020 already still this kind of service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont know the reason why take so long service a customer. Bank should have another way to serve customer during this period as your operation hour cut down but your people working is not speed up! If the system hv problem try to update abit, if people low effective try to train them??♀️

After waited for almost one hour, the security guard just simply let someone who queued behind me cut into my line. I get scolded for questioning and it is like my fault.
Is this the way how you treat your customer?
Well done.
FYI, both of us were waiting for the customer service counter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I try to make a call regarding my housing loan. Since morning to the official number. After several try it was answer but was informed to dail a different number for the process.
The number assign was 067664500 as mention but after several time trying there was no answer even though the call was made since before 0945 till 1020am.
Please improved your customers service.
