★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to express my disappointment in this branch . Recently I went to Seremban RHB bank to change a join debit card account to my own personal one now that I have turned 18 and they said that the system was down and I had to come back again . And then I came again and it seems that the system have changed . According to the staff the new system is managed by the main hq in KL we had to fill out a form and wait for another week and half . Today which is the 3rd may I came back again only to find out that the system is down again . Currently I am working for 6 days straight and my off days are spent hours waiting in line only to find out my problems aren’t solved . I am also putting myself at risk during a pandemic . Many other banks have a more systematic approach by having an appointment online for us to come and get our stuff solved thus avoiding the long lines and helping us sort our stuff out in the day they have arranged . I hope your branch would look into this problem and flaws in your system to provide the best service for your customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad experience. I planned to open a saving account as I'm aged 18 but the staff told me that account opening can only be applied by those who have gone for work, necessary to have pay slip, I'm not allowed to open bank account there because I'm still a student...
Then I went to another bank and asked whether a student can apply for an account, they said can... Queuing up for so long and tell me student cannot open account? Hellooooooooo? I'm not borrowing money, why do I need to have a job before I can apply for an account? So ridiculous... poor service. Will never come again.
