β β β β β Alhamdulillah I'm satisfied with the hair removal treatment here. I've tried the at home IPL device bought from Shopee and I went to 5x IPL hair removal at another clinic in Shah Alam. The IPL treatment didn't really give me the results I wanted plus its so expensive but here the 1st session equals to about 5 sessions of IPL. Now only 2 sessions done but the results are amazing no hair growth after 2 weeks. I didn't experience the dryness as compared to IPL. I did it on the calves and underarms. Overall great clinic, very beautiful interior but can improve on friendliness I guess βΊοΈ Hopefully you can do the unlimited promo again! Would love to do other parts and pico laser. Now I realise the importance of choosing a clinic with legit laser machines not the ones from China with ridiculously low price. Also your clinic's transparency in showing the laser machines you use which is the Alma Laser helps gaining the customer's trust as opposed to other clinics I went to that never mentioned what type of laser that's used. Basically 5x at home IPL=1x in office IPL. 1x Alma laser=5-7x IPL in office.

The price of treatment is very reasonable compared to other aesthetic clinics, the treatment is satisfactory even though I just made a few sessions here. So I highly recommend it to everyone ... β β β β β I have been going there 3 times now and looking forward to go again and again. The clinic itself has a nice simple interior and most importantly it makes me feel comfortable. The staffs are warm and polite. I would recommend the staffs to address the clients as Puan and Cik instead of Kakak or Makcik. In my opinion this would be more proper. The doctors, Dr Hafiz does not talk much but he explains the steps of the treatment, why the certain step is done which is good. Dr Rena is friendly and makes you feel comfortable. She explains the steps as well like Dr Hafiz and she addresses my concerns. The treatments I have been doing is picolaser as recommended by Dr Rena for my acne scars, and I love love love it! To be honest, I can't wait to go again for my next treatment. My skin glows and my scars are less and my skin looks fairer. My treatment is for acne scars but my scars are less deep and my skin got brighter, which is killing two birds with one stone. I cannot wait to get rid of the scars completely. I really hope that is possible. Looking forward to the next treatment.

β β β β β I've been here twice and so far I like their service. They are very accommodating and friendly. My first visit, I met the male doctor and second visit I was treated by the female doctor.
I very much feel comfortable with the female doctor and probably will request for her in the future.
