β β β β β It's a nightmare to me. I have grinding teeth, so I get 4 teeth replaced with crowns.
1) I had no objection on 3 teeth, but the fourth teeth I think still tall enough, and I wanted to keep it, but Dr. Lim insisted to replaced that one as well. I thought that afterward, I will wear night guard afterward, that tooth shouldn't wear off after that, so I lost one more tooth.
2) Dr. Lim has bad sense of colour and strong preference of white. The result is, I get very white crowns, it's unmatched with my surrounding teeth. I asked for redo, and still get the same result!!! I didn't know what's wrong, the lab seems can't produce the colour or close to it. But as a professional (?), she should be able to visualize the the final product even she started working on it. Unfortunately it's not the case.
3) After fitted in the crowns, because of biting problem, she went to trim my upper teeth. Although some of my upper teeth are actually bridge, she shouldn't do that, and I did ask her not to do so, but she still went to trim it. Now I feel there are small particles falling out of my bridge sometimes. I have the feeling that it's not stable anymore.

β β β β β Very good and fast service. I was able to book the available slot on the same day. Clinic open on Sunday as well. That really helps! Highly recommended.

β β β β β Dental appointment for my mum at 930am today. We arrived early ard 920am. Clinic not opened. Thats fine. Clinic then opened late at 945am.
Supposed to be first customer but another lady came and doctor allowed her to go in first. Nurse said very fast as she needs a quick consultation.
Fast forward 1020am. Doctor and patient still deliberating what to do with a tooth.
We left. Totally disappointing. Perhaps dentist makes really good money and doesnt care much about customers. Either way there will always be walk-ins. Apology sms sent later is of no sincerity.

β β β β β Dr. Lim and Dr. Ryan Tan are so professional. I got my 2 wisdom teeth removed and yearly visiting for teeth scaling! Highly recommend!!

β β β β β I did my wisdom tooth removal here today and I am so thankful because it went well. The Dr. he explained well on my current condition and to be honest for someone who is afraid to remove my wisdom tooth and not mentally prepared it was good experience.

β β β β β Awesome Dr and nurses here, had a check up, teeth cleaned and a x-ray the 1st time , what I loved about it NO PAIN. Dr talked me through what was needed and different ways of dealing with it to. 2 Nd time tooth removal again NO PAIN, Highly recommend professional and nothing was a problem.Also Iβm getting more work done soon.Cheers.
