β β β β β I bought food vibration machine and the remote control not working. I wanted to buy new remote control but many Ogawa shop asks about new remote control they said unable to buy anymore. The machine works very well but without the remote control.
Where to get or buy remote control???????

β β β β β Bought a massage chair from Ogawa through shoppee. Worse experience ever from both Ogawa itself and shopee customer service!!!!!
1) the leg massage attached fell off when I tried to use it
2) the sides of the massage chair has deep scratches and itβs dented
3) the leg roller is not even working
Then the nightmare came when I requested for a refund or exchange !!!
1) contacted shoppee and given me 5 days to atrange for MY own return service to send the chair back to the warehouse!! Harlow itβs now a small item so why canβt they send their own courier guy to pick it back or ogawa team that drop it initially!!!!
2) then contacted ogawa directly to ask them whatβs the resolution. They verbally agreed to exchange over the phone but refuse to send me an email confirmation or WhatsApp or sms to confirm on this! There is a timeline for the return n refund in shoppee so are you trying to buy time to get away with it????
3) try contacting ogawa customer service again and cut my line half way talking then there is only 1 single person in d whole department that you can talk to .
So do not buy from them!!!

Bought a massage chair then after 1year Spoil.
Bad Customer service ,disappointed with the product quality.What a waste of money !
They come to check and the waiting spare part need wait for monthsβ¦.
For who want buy a 10k + massage chair, u can have a better choice compare to this brand.
