★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really slow service during breakfast. Had to walk out after waiting nearly an hour for foods and drinks (which never arrived). The most amazing thing is the people who came after got their order first. Hope you improve your service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order 2 set of nuggets but got all burnt nuggets. How many times u fry this? Its not edible. Burnt taste, dry! Even hawker stall is much more tasty n cheaper. I am so regret with how u didnt maintain the quality but still charge more than it should.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited 60 minutes for their breakfast set, picture as shown. Power sockets not functioning. Only one cashier and one waiter at any time. Expect slow service. Food is ok though.
This branch has no shortage of customers. Good location, good food and foodpanda. The staff look overwhelmed. Adding a couple more service staff at peak times can go a long way to improve customer satisfaction.
Gets very busy at breakfast and lunch.
Edit: on another visit, they took only 7 minutes to deliver my wantan noodles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today 12/06/2020 , from rawang then exit Bangi to fing old town white coffee restaurant... Why ? Bring my mother in law & my family ... In my journey from rawang , she's tell me that she's wanted to eat Brown roasted bread + kaya + marjerin... Then I brought my mother in law together with my family there ... I tell u what , my mom in law and my family love that place ... Eat & have a white coffee together ... Alhamdulillah.....

Nasi lemak ayam rendang and mi kari simply amazing. Sedap gila.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has a nice ambiance. It has both open air and air conditioned space. Ample parking spots at 11am.
Service speed is ok. Food tasted good. Staffs are ok.
Bonus point: many tables have electrical socket. Which is why quite a few patrons were seen doing work on laptops
To improve: men's washroom was out of service. Women's washroom was a bit dirty and smelly.
Question: why is hot teh tarik served in a cup/mug with no handle?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a family lunch here. Ordered Mee Curry, Laksa and Nasi Lemak. Foods were not to bad but took sometime to arrive. Noticed, there were no local workers except Bangladeshi but that wasn't matter as long as the service were okay.
Since this week was a quite hot weather, we felt a little bit warm inside.
We do hope the management could install an air curtain unit at the main entrance as to prevent the cool from rushing to the outside when the door is opens or the warm air entering inside, vice versa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What i like about OTWC is their white coffee and teh tarik/Xi Mut Milk Tea. Believe me ...the taste is consistent and the best among the best! Service very efficient but Counter staff should be more polite...You all should try it!
