โ โ โ โ โ Bad costumer service. I ordered food here while waiting. It is located in an international airport yet the service is not up to standard. Other oldtown cafes in KL are way better than this.
So fair warning, if you are planning to stay for a few hours and need to charge your gadget, this is not a good place for you. I was very disappointed as there is no available outlet to charge my phone. I left without finishing my coffee as I am waiting for a call and I desperately need to charge my battery.

โ โ โ โ โ Just arrived KLIA2 and we see Old Town White Coffee to grab our meal. Abit dissapointment on their curry mee version. Abit spicy and no curry aroma as its kinda watery curry for a curry mee. May not come again if this is method curry mee they prepared. Not much choice in their meal. Just normal and Ala carte version available..

โ โ โ โ โ Price is affordable. Some of the dish is quite oily for my taste. If you have lots of baggage, I advise you to sit near the car edge of the restaurant open space boundary so you can keep an eye or two on your belongings. The trolleys are not allowed on premise. Which is why there are many people seated along the edge of the boundary. It does make it quite troublesome. Fortunately, you note down your order on the order chit and someone there will take your order chit. Else I am not risking someone pushing away with my belongings ?

โ โ โ โ โ We order 2 teh tarik, they charge us for upsize teh tarik price (which we did not request). If we asked why price different from the menu, they give reason that small cup finished. What kind of rubbish is this? After some argument with them, they suddenly had small cups and changed price back to normal.
Make sure you check before you make payment!

Dislikes: Some of thw staff is not properly groomed and presentable.
Suggestion: Employ more local staff.

โ โ โ โ โ By far the worst meal of our 14 day trip in Malaysia. The chicken curry was just a piece of the leanest chicken I've ever seen served in a cafe. All skin and bones and accompanied by 2 pieces of tau pok. The chicken hor fun was no better and just soup, hor fun and small shreds of chicken. What a horrible way to end our wonderful 2 weeks of gastronomic food tour across Malaysia.

Located next to Starbucks airside.
Order and pay at the entrance, not at the table and will be given a queue number.
Although quick busy, food and drink are served fast.
Quite warm. Compressor outside renders it noisy. Not the place to sit and talk.
