โ โ โ โ โ In my opinion, the quality and consistency of their food has deteriorated. If you want a cooling place to hangout for Hainanese c coffee and roti kaya, its still ok, but the other food is nothing to shout about.

โ โ โ โ โ I ordered Nasi lemak original, quite surprised for the taste, its quite good. But the chicken curry was a bit funny. I found a piece of salad in my chicken curry. And the curry was pale colour with lack of spices. I think the chicken was boiled before they mix with the curry that makes the chicken also lack of curry and spices. Please improvise your quality of food. The service is so good keep up the good work.

โ โ โ โ โ Food fairly good. Ipoh hor fun taste ok but disappointed that the crunchy prawn was translucent giving the impression its preserved (can't capture the effect well). This is found in all the outlets I have been. Hope Old Town can improve on freshness of their ingredients. Love their Nanyang O

โ โ โ โ โ I ordered a Set Meal, the food came rice was a lot and the sambal that was given with the original bowl was so little so I asked if I can have more of the sambal.
she didn't say no, she said okay. the manager in the dark brown shirt walk around multiple times with without bringing my sambal. I kept looking at her thinking if she would notice but she did not.
How can she even be a manager, the waitress was even doing a better job than her.
it's really annoying, very poor customer service.

โ โ โ โ โ Ordered pan mee and bbq wantan mee via shopee food... But to my disappointment, wantan mee come with shredded chicken instead of bbq chicken... The kicap also not seen, just strong taste of sesame oil. Pan mee over cooked, lembikkkk... Soup also failed.... Lagi, condiments chili pun takda... This is the standard of the long years established OldTown White Coffee.. BIG fail BIG disappointment!
