β β β β β The food are not as good as before. Taste is not good. The fried chicken also expired stuff. I feel ashamed to recomend this place to my friend. The new system of this management is troublesome ???

β β β β β Very bad service. ESPECIALLY THE SR DELIVERY APPS! The food nvr arrive! Cant cancel my order! 3 hours! Starving to dead! Call nvr pickup, msg nvr reply! Really trash restaurant and service!

β β β β β Very very very bad service!! Too many blunders during our two-hours plus brunch at that place. Service was very slow despite the fact that we were the first customers who arrived at the restaurant and were the first to order. Staff were not welcoming at all. They looked liked they were burnt out but ironically, business was only starting for the day. All staff were not pleasant at all; no pleasant gestures, NOTHING! The worst part is one staff by the name of Hasreen (a punjabi girl) shoved the cakes we ordered on to the glass cabinet, almost compressing the cakes' boxes. They were also blurred in getting our payments done via our debit cards and worst of all NO RECEIPT was issued. I was already inside my car when I realised these blunders done by the staff named Daniel. He did not show any remorse for all the blunders done by his team (at all) ya.
NEVER ever going to this place again!!

β β β β β I was extremely disappointed with the poor service and food quality of your Aeon Cheras branch. When arriving to the outlet what I witness was a few tables that were piled up with dirty plates, I thought to myself that maybe a few tables just left at the same time however the plates was left there for at least 20mins. I saw the other customers moving the dirty plates to another table in order to get a space to sit. After that, I was given 2 sets of utensils that weren't clean properly with stain marks. When the food arrived my partner's tomatoes looks rotten with greenish brownish marks around it, extremely disgusting. I ordered a golden crispy chicken, and was a served with a chicken that was totally raw in the middle. When I mention to the waiter all she did was take away the dish without even apologising for the raw food. Overall I expected secret receipt to have at least good service and decent food as the price for one dish isn't cheap, however the experience was unpleasant, totally unhygienic environment, badly trained staff and terrible food!

β β β β β LOCATION: Strategic place in the ground floor of AEON Cheras Selatan. Nearest to AEON Grocery area, McDonalds, etc.
PARKING: AEON Jusco indoor and outdoor parking. Sufficient parking lots available
FOOD: Tasted great. Had to wait a little but no worries - its better to wait for them to prepare quality meals.
PRICE: Came for Secret Monday Promo (buy 1, Free 1: The free meal must be equal price or cheaper). 5 items are available for this promo and the average price is around RM 22. Well worth it. No drinks / desserts attached with this promo. I'd rather bring my own mineral water for a healthy drink.
SERVICE: Our order was taken by a very polite senior lady called Emily. Humble, courteous and very respectful. Salute to this excellent worker.
AMBIENCE: Seems like refurbished lately. Nice table arrangements (for different capacities); spacious.
WASHROOM / TOILETS: Standard AEON Jusco washrooms a short walk away.
CLEANLINESS: good

β β β β β Service is poor. Had to wait for 15 mins before i went to counter n order a slice of cake. Thrn only one of the staffs came over n told us to order tru qr code. Then wait another 15mins to receive order. Hope they will improve cos i like their food.

β β β β β It's a really worst experience I had yesterday as mother's day celebration,...the placed was 3/4 full of people...bt yet I went in to take my dinner.
I scan the Qr code n send my food order around 7.58pm.
I gt my 1st meal reached about 9.10pm..
& second one at about 9.30pm.
Wat accuatly I don't understand here is,...Why in 1st place ..the staff or the person in charge didn't inform us or other customers that they are having issue on preparing & delivery the food on time.
They are other customers that I noticed have also cancel their orders due to the lateness.
The waitress who brought over the 1st meal also not well trained as she jst left the food on my next table instead of the table that we were sitting, Is this the way u'll should served the food to the customer??
Who is sitting there ?? For who the food is going for ??
I thought, SR should have a standard in F&B line ,...& Please teach your staff's the good ethics to maintain in F&B line.
Finally,..there was no a word of sorry for the latness which happens...Even from the cashier who were wrkg there, & when I was settling my payment.
Although yest was too busy day,..yet plz do inform your customer the situation & at least if they okay with it den there won't be any disappointment.
Overall, it was a worse experience that I hv go through.?

but the portion is much smaller than other branches.
I ordered white coffee,surprisingly is given old town white coffee and the staff is not very friendly,feels that they are lazy to entertain our request.
3 Star β? for the food only and environment.
