★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seriously, if it's not because of the dust from the train tracks just beside it, it's great. The security is tight and the place feels really oddly safe. If you gonna invest or rent, better make sure you're not easily allergic to dust or sound of trains even during wee hours.

Well managed by their property management team with high level of cleanliness & tight security making the place comfortable & safe.
Their facilities are located at Level 17 @ Roof Level, with the pool facing the sunset direction - great to chill out after a hard day at work.
The gym is also quite well equipped, one of the better equipped condo gym that I have seen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Safety guarded. Environment are clean and nice. If u looking for home without child/parent shouting this place are right too choose. Not suitable for family with many child.Resident mixed race. Good to hear that so far all resident high educated and behave well. Got swimming pool,gym,room for yoga.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ to be honest think twice before living here. Manager is good. Replied msg and solve the problem. This new manager is worst.
new manager Brian did not take any action towards my complaint from the guard (night switch) I talk half way and he walk inside his room haha is this manager attitude… that’s rude right.
Again, all here is good just the guard night time is super bad attitude, rude and no manners towards resident here. Feeling unsafe of what their attitude did to me last night.
And feel so helpless when no one can complaint. No email replied even if this happened to be in future I might as well video and posted in social media. Let everyone see how one soho management handle the case.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This apartment is indeed very cheap ( around rm1500 ), it has good view and facility such as infinity pool.
However, be aware that there is a rail track beside the apartment, it is working 24/7 which means you will hear loud train noise even during the night. Moreover, the wall padding is not thick, thus you can hear if your upper neighbor flush their toilet. Also expect that you will have tons of blackout / powercut in the apartment. I rent for a year and within 6 months i alrd had to face 4 powercut. Not to mention that the guard during night time is VERY RUDE.
Conclusion: there are better apartment for the same price, avoid this apartment if you csnt stand the above.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staying here for two years, the management and guard are the main reason for me to make a decision to move out from here.
The security guard here act like your boss. Very Rude like you step into his house. Access card not working is your problem not my problem. Not trying to solve the problem just shouting here and there. Next day went to the office they confirmed that was their access card problem. Getting parcel at the counter the guard will close the drawer as hard as possible. Like you are begging them to pass you parcel.
Management here will ignore all the complaints regarding the security guard attitude problem. But no worries, they will be very efficient to fine you here and there.
