Paid my friend Andrew a visit. Security very tight but that's good if you live there. Was served Glenfiddich 18 years hence the 5-star rating , and not to forget homemade fruitcake and great friends. Highly recommended!

Good design and space for the units, but the facilities and the location could use a lot of work. The gym and general up keep is decent, but there's a severe limitation on conveniences, which is made more intrusive when considering there's basically no safe/convenient way to get to any nearby conveniences or commercial areas without using a car or a taxi

Extremely noisy and dusty. Traffic will jam up so bad during peak hours even though Empire shopping mall is close by, it will take 20 minutes drive. Security is super rude and useless. Not worth the hassle.

I would say this is the worst place I have ever stayed. (1) Be careful if you rent any unit here, especially if it is a studio. Tenants are treated poorly, especially during MCO. The management frequently comes up with random regulations and handbooks. They will not bother to update the resident (tenant), even though they have requested a copy of your tenancy agreement and they have your records. Instead the ridiculous management updates the frequently changing SOP only to the owners of the units. Greedy owners are just bothered about renting out their (horrible condition) units, they aren't bothered about updating the SOP to the tenants. In the end the tenants have to pay the price. The management will summon you as they wish. There will be no signage or notice board for you to get the updates. Your appeal will fall on deaf ears. The management and security will say that it is the owners responsibility to update the tenant. And the avaricious owners will lie through their teeth and claim that they don't know anything about it and that it not his/her responsibility to update you the new SOP. The truth is both parties are just victimizing you. (2) the security guards and their supervisor/ manager are hooligans. You will be asked to take a seat at the guest waiting room. Do not fall for it. It is where the manager/supervisor (very aggressive Malaysian guy) will close the doors and yell at you with a VERY THREATENING BODY LANGUAGE once you try to justify yourself. BE EXTRA CAUTIOUS if you are a woman and alone with this guy. He will also be very rude if you highlight the mistakes of the guards. Don't bother explaining. (3) The guards are all non-Malaysians. They do not understand English. They are very irresponsible and rude. They will watch you do something. These guards will not walk over to inform you that you are not supposed to do that. Instead, they will wait until you leave. Then they will proceed to inform the guard house/management office to clamp your vehicle immediately or summon you. This is the 1st apartment management that encourages such attitude. I have stayed in high end apartments. The residents are treated with more respect and kindness. The landlords, the guards, and the management here are just a bunch of clowns that don't have the slightest professionalism. They work together by covering up each others mistakes, so be careful if you are renting a place here (4) there are a lot of cockroaches here (5) the only thing good about this place are the residents. You will meet kind neighbors. You can also enjoy your privacy here.

Biggest regret to have rented a unit here. The studio and main unit share the same gate and basically you are living with a stranger. The loop of death (a.k.a Subang Daytona) attracts Rally wannabe motorists to attempt drifting their FWD junk cars typically modified with ear-breaking exhaust. The noise is so loud it becomes abusive. On average, there are at least 6 loud motorists pass by in an hour. Worse, the same motorist is doing 10 laps during midnight. Numerous accidents were observed. Train track noise is as equally annoying if your unit is facing the other end. At sunrise a bird will stand next to the window with constant yelling noise to wake you up very early in the morning. This place is super dusty. You wipe it clean today and tomorrow comes thick layer of dust. Roaches are everywhere and they can reproduce faster than you can kill. The nut upstairs walks like incredible hulk hammering his feet so loud you can hear every step he made. This goes on from morning until night time coupled with chair pulling noise. Sewerage smell will emerge from drain holes during hot weather or after a rain. The smell is so horrifying that you may not have the courage to use the bathroom. Stray dogs on opposite piece of land owned by Sime Darby. The dogs are ok but when it comes to mating season, be prepared for dog fights, mourns and barks. The studio and main units shared the same electric and water meters. Good luck trying to sort out the bills if you are not renting both the studio and main units which most people do. I was being scammed by the landlord who lives in the studio unit where his additional water/electric usage are counted towards me. Whatever the person living in the studio unit does, you’ll get a piece of it. Smell such as cigarette smoke, fish frying, kimchi, etc will sip through to the main unit via the access door connecting both units. Laughter, karaoke, massaging noise from studio unit, you'll get all of it. The security are rude and not doing the job. This hell on earth does not deserve 1 star.

Serene, breezy, safe (strict guards on duty). The corridors are 3 meters wide, very spacious! Well designed with many facilities: swimming pool, gymnasium, multipurpose halls, tennis court, basketball court, playground, exercise areas, etc. very suitable for family living!
