Poor connection, calling customer service and no one answering the call. Keep disconnect and no internet during weekend. Never ever use this

I would say it provides cheap internet but the quality and customer service really sucks. The following are my bad experiences with SentralFon (internet service under Optical Communication Engineering): 1) Invoices for each month are not consistently delivered to the customer. Throughout the near 2.5 years, I only received less than 5 invoices; 2) The address in my invoices is totally wrong from the beginning, and they refused to correct them, saying that its already entered into the system and it cannot be rectified (what kind of horrible system is this); 3) Very poor customer service: only takes action when scolding is required (not to forget the bad attitude); 4) Frequent internet disconnections, and can take up to 5 days (no customer service and technical support on weekends). Also during heavy rain, most probably we'll experience internet down; 5) Poor online payment service. It can only be done through Maybank and I don't know how frequent they update our account. Sometimes they call me and said that I have outstanding balance whilst we have been consistently paying every month (provided most of the months we did not receive payment invoice). They said I must immediately come over the counter to pay (because online transaction will be very slow). Hello, this is your problem with the bank, not me. 6) Poor over the counter service: purposely take leave to the counter to settle my outstanding balance, and it turns out that the problem is that they did not update my account for last year's payment (where payment is made through walk-in). In order to settle this, I have to go back home and find the receipt, and show them the payment proof (Why u did not update immediately upon payment? Thank goodness I did not dispose the receipt!) 7) Wanted to terminate my internet service but deposit will be only refunded after 3 months of termination (not sure if this this the proper Standard Operation Procedure); 8) Don't know why the company always lack of petty cash flow. Therefore always call the customer to pay at the counter (what is the point of online banking then?!). Summary: If you don't want to have a miserable internet life, think multiple times before deciding on SentralFon. A word of advice: Please improve your company in all aspects. Thank you.
