My contract has expired 24 months, I wish to downgrade, but Kajang TMPoint said must check with HQ. So why don't just close the Kajang TMPoint? Useless!

Damn rude idiot directory guy handling call in. Dun even know each department person in charge. He can tell me he knows the name of the person but not the department. What the hell the TM staff is?!! Is this so called Malaysia Telekom?! dun make people laugh no end!! Rude n not educated, clueless for anything!!

TM NEEDS to work on their phone services- u ppl don’t take calls then what’s the point of hiring operators- we pay our bills in time the least y can do is answer the phones n hv OTHER SELECTIONS TO SELECT ON THE PHONE- lately too many calls fr A number calling abt my TM ACCT- so I ve called the 100 number asking for confirmation but the customer svc 100 is hopeless- KALAU TAK NAK KERJA THEN DUDUK RUMAH N CLOSE SHOP- we r paying customers so work on your customer svs skills!! SEMUA MALAS AJE!!

Unifi customer service gave me the wrong information that to terminate my subscription will cost me RM500, even the staff at TM point know that i was given the wrong information through checking the live chat and call logs. Now, apparently i have to pay remaining months. This is so dumb, your own customer service can give the wrong information to customers and i the end the customers must bear the consequences. Bad service, and it doesn't seem to get better. Monopoly will not last or help you TM, Malaysians have a choice and i will never use your service again.
