★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with unifi is extremely bad. they tie you in a 2 year contract at treat you like s**t. i was out of internet for nearly 2 months and i still had to pay them rent for that time..i even contacted MCMC the malaysian telecon to help me as consumer..but nothing helps.. MCMC is now telling me to go to court since Unifi is violating the terms of agreement..please do not subscribe for unifi. 'Time' i heard is better service provider.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unifi cheat me on saying theres a promotion if i sign thier 30mbps plan i can choose a TV box or Mesh WIFI, but eventually after installation and paid , They inform there's no TV box... and in the middle of the salesman promoting the plan to me , he darely use my personal info to chat with Maxis ,to check on my Maxis contract status , and then tell me theres no concern on changing plan ....
Very irresponsible , Unify claims this was thier outlet's strategy on promoting and get sales , even HQ cant control.As this reply makes me think of Unify allow thier outlet to use Unifi's letter head and Logo to design thier broucher to cheat people, and Unify will not responsible for that, and tell me what can i do is only place a report , wait for thier investigation , at the same time ... advise me to wait for 2 years or else will penalty me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mostly crazy in working ethics in this TM's subsidiary company which is some times need to work till midnight or cross the rest days on weekend without any extra benefits or allowance especially those involved work for monthly closing in finance department. Need more humanity and flexibility to handle this.
p/s: "we.be.strong" if staff's welfare is preserved

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service, and also trying to cheat subscriber money. Was told to WAIT 2 WEEKS to GET an appointment date because we are relocating our house. What a disgrace!!! Worst of all, after waiting 2 weeks, still no contact from Unifi..... meaning we are STILL waiting for appointment date. This is really the ACTIONS and SERVICE STANDARD of a THIRD WORLD COUNTRY. Called them to follow up during the 2 weeks period and was told to wait for 2 weeks. What a joke!!!! Currently the problem is still unresolved. Let's see if unifi bothers to check my comment and contact me and make good their service obligation.
