★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service ever. Tables were available but we were told that it's full, that too immediately after a group of family left the restaurant right in front of us when they were done having dinner.

Lamb and chicken sizzling also not bad..linkin good..tq all staff of Orchids..Alhamdulillah..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was lunch time and there were no customers. Usually not a good sign. It does look clean, bright, abd spacious.
Decided to try their mamak noodle with fried prawn. The noodle is pretty good and authentic although the prawn tasted just average.
Soya with cincau is too dilute, but not too sweet, which is good.

I am very impatient when it comes to a supervisor/manager giving excuses or reasoning such as “if I let you sit in, other customers will walk in.” We are lightly selecting your shop for breakfast with our parents (Senior citizens). Why can’t you think with a rational sense, where you could offer us to sit, and we can wait for your service?
Why Vivo, the restaurant next to your shop, could offer us to sit in and serve us with welcome?
I am also an FnB owner. It makes complete sense when it comes to providing services. I can only wish you good luck with your business ahead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The drinks are decent and that's the only positive thing I have to say about it. The food is bland. The fish and chips are laughably bland and even the chicken are bland with little to no taste. The leather from the sofa is torn apart. No wander this place is not popular.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only 1 out of 5 meals ordered have 'taste'. Others was plain and tasteless.
Chicken Tom Yam was OK but Steak were disappointing. Chicken Black Pepper taste like oysters sauce and the chicken were cold and stone hard. Have to complaint and wait for it to be replaced. Fried rice were plain, not even have vegetables at all. Roadside STALL would taste better ?. Informed the cashier regarding all this, hope the restaurant do some improvement.
