Workers ran to the back as sees us raising hands to take orders. Left table empty & unclear. Absent of front-table man. Working very very poorly & bad manners. Managers asking for cigarettes from worker. Left for smoke break around 30 minutes. Cleanliness is very poor. Floors dirty, table sticky. Workers also eyeing customers like we have done something wrong. Really really bad attitude. Greets also with bad approach. Worst branch for TCRS. Zero stars lucky got no choice for zero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came on a Public Holiday still all comments 3-5 months ago not addressed. Came on a working day luck is with me. Same old problem but customer had to line up n wait even tables are empty. Dunno why no improvement despite not good reviews. Maybe management don't care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a restaurant where there will always be people coming in, you are UNDERSTAFF! Which is absolutely disappointing. The worst is when the manager left the customers to wait for someone to take their orders at the cashier table (btw it's empty)- I'm one of them. I know he noticed me from his table because a few minutes after that he went to the kitchen and a staff took my order at the cashier, and throughout that time he AVOIDED LOOKING AT ME. I was taken aback. Not only did he
IGNORED his customers, he didn't even say sorry or take the initiative to serve us. It is ABSOLUTELY RUDE. Your manager has zero PR.
I can see that he was working on something else, but please, if you and your restaurant are not ready to operate, put a CLOSED sign and delay the opening a bit later until you are ready to serve. Such a bad experience.?
