If you planned to buy from Osim, consider allocating a budget to hire a line hunting assistant so that you can continue your life and your assistant can keep calling their service center day and night. For those user who did not receive the expected response from them, do not feel bad as I can't even get to a receptionist who can even take my service report after 1 whole week of trying.

When i wanted a refund, they can't, now the product is broken within a year, need to exchange on warranty, but i can't reach the customer service. checked the reply below. it just will asking you circling around facebook -> phone -> email -> facebook. (done all 3 no reply now what left is going straight to HQ)

Sent my euphoria lite for services 3 weeks back. Upon reaching, they said the service team left so they ask me to leave the machine there without issuing me any case receipt. Sent email to check on the update, no reply. Call the customer service number and he said will contact back the next day to update on the status, nobody call. Until today, I still not sure whats the machine status. Never expect such services from a "reputable" brand.

think twice before ever purchasing OSIM because if its extremely poor after sales service. they are incompetent, slow with diagnostics and snail-pace response time. sent my chair for service and it took them over 2 months to get back to me. their call centre is virtually non existence since I can never get hold of anyone despite days of calling.

Hello OSIM, I'm Nasyitah Nasri. Please do call me back when you promised to call your customer back. Please also reply to all my e-mail sent to you. I sent my item for service in early December 2021. Please do at least call me back to let me know the progress. I called every week but they keep on promising to call me back for the update. I waited but nobody called. Please take good care of your customers dear OSIM! Two (2) months already no call I want my product back. Please do take action on this, what is my product services status? Please check OSIM. I'm really disappointed. Kindly answer my calls and reply to my e-mail!

I rarely give such rating. But the experience is way too bad on their service. My item Osim Euphoria was send in for service and repair on OCTOBER 2021. Was informed will be update on progress in 1 week. After 2 weeks no update, i try to contact their Hunting line but no pick up at all, all automated operator voice. Till Nov 2021, no update at all, even calling no pickup. Due to busy schedule and covic, i patiently wait. 4 months had passed till FEBRUARY 2022, I cannot wait any longer and travel all the way to thier HQ and follow up. Only then the service advisor informed me need to change parts, the Motor, and quoted me the price said will be ready in 1 week. 4 months already but i think another week should b fine. After 1 week, i received call said item is ready for collection and went to HQ. Advisor told me all checked and good. When doing checking, discovered other component not working properly, advisor said a quick repair will be done. Waited 30 minutes to repair. Test again, same issue as per last year incurred, not solve. Was told might b wire issue, can b done in 30 minutes. Since i had travelled all the way, was there for 1 hour already, another 30 min more i just wait. After 45 minutes, told me due to parts issue, need to check. I had spend nearly 2 hours waiting there, item had been send in for repair but issue not yet solve since OCT 2021. I need to work to earn for family. 4 MONTHS + 2 Hours. If anyone in my shoe how will you react. IT IS TOTALLY DISSATISFIED.

What is the bad after sales service? I bought the massage chair RM17k++ but recently got error message pop out and the back roller position run out, email to osim no reply, called company number then asked me to wait 3-5 days said they technical will get back to me, but until today 2 weeks already still no one call me to follow up?! Called the number again today no one answer the call? Asked shopping mall Osim salesperson they just told me they can't do anything but only wait your HQ reply??? Such a big company only know to do sales but not doing after sales service? So disappointed!!!!

I should have checked all the bad reviews on OSIM here before purchasing their product. I made a terrible mistake to purchase their uDream which turned out to be a nightmare. The loud noise from the inside of the massage chair was unbearable on the first day it was delivered to us. Clearly something is wrong with the new machine. I lodged a complaint and requested a new replacement within 7 days which was allowed based on what my sales advisor told me. I sent an email to them and it took them a while to respond after my reminder. The team did not bother to reply my emails properly. My sales advisor had also helped to lodge a complaint for me. A call from their customer service team today indicated that a technician would be sent to check and fix the new machine. Why does a new machine need fixing? My wife was told that the chances of getting the similar problem is there even with another new replacement. So, this most expensive machine in their range of products is not so reliable after all and a big shame on them. To add more salt to the wound, the customer service person implied that there could be other problems with uDream so the technician could check for us too if we detect other problems. In other words, it all depends on our luck as customers if we get the good or bad deals from our purchases at Osim. Do they ever think of their customers? I am not even sure now if they actually delivered a brand new machine from their warehouse to me or another "recycled" product with defects which have been rejected elsewhere. The trust is gone especially with how the customer service team handles my complaint. I no longer have any confidence in Osim which claims to be a leader in their industry. Based on so many other bad reviews here which can’t be deleted by them, there is zero integrity and professionalism at Osim. It is all about poor quality products and bad customer service and support.
