β β β β β So far the best dental clinic I've visited. Went to did filling, scaling and tooth extraction but zero pain, very professional. Dr explained very detail, speak gently, super friendly and cute too ? They even give a phone call day after visit to check with customer is everything ok. ?
This is the place you should visit if you looking for professional dental and excellent customer services. Price is reasonable, not expensive. Highly recommended ?

β β β β β Nice place, accommodating staffs and excellent doctor to go to whenever I have dental concerns. I really like Dr. Athena's professionalism and how she understood my dental issues. She's caring and detailed in explaining to me the problem and the treatment needed. I've been here 2 times for root canal treatment and I was always satisfied on how Dr. Athena treated me as a patient and fixed my dental problems. Dr. Athena is the best doctor for root canal surgery/treatment and I'm impressed on her skills. The receptionist Adela is also very kind and always accommodating. The best dental clinic I visited so far. :)

β β β β β Got my mouthguard done at this clinic and the dentist Dr Chow recommended I buy a whitening gel as well. Used it for 2 weeks and resulted in patchy teeth. I contacted the clinic several times again and asked to consult with the doctor and I never heard from the doctor. What rubbish customer service is this?
Further more, they only wish to be contacted via Whatsapp and they do not take phone calls which makes the customer experience even worse. I would give this clinic zero stars if I could. I do not recommend this clinic. I am sure there are better clinics nearby.
UPDATE:
I went to consult with another dentist today and he explained everything in detail to me which is something that Dr Chow should have done prior to recommending the whitening gel to me. If she had explained it to me from the start I would not have gone ahead with purchasing the whitening gel. How can a doctor not explain all these things in detail to the patient to manage expectations? VERY DISAPPOINTING SERVICE AT PRIME CARE DENTAL!
