我對 Mr. Tan 今天下午，為我提供的玻璃門維修服務，留下了深刻的印象。他真的一絲不苟的用心了一整個下午。期間，我也得以向他學到了一些非常有用的玻璃燙門正確使用和日常保養的常識。然而，最令我印象深刻的是 Mr. Tan 的商德。在 Mr. Tan 上門之前，我原本指定維修服務中，必需包括更換鋁框和玻璃之間的全套橡皮條，經 Mr. Tan 現場認真檢視後，發現全套橡皮條目前耗損輕微，依然能有效發揮作用，暫時無需更換，以致，我得以節省了一筆不必要的開支。我多麼希望，我日後聘用的維修技師，有幸的，都有著跟 Mr. Tan 同樣的專業態度和商德。

 I was very impressed by the service attitude of June, the customer service staff. In the past few days, I have inquired and confirmed with her many times about the difficulty of sliding the floor-to-ceiling glass door of my house and asked for a quotation. June showed a very patient, sincere, willing and efficient service attitude throughout the whole process. He also made an appointment for me to provide repair service technicians. I was very impressed with the glass door repair service Mr. Tan provided me this afternoon. He really worked meticulously all afternoon. During the period, I was able to learn some very useful common sense of the correct use and daily maintenance of the glass ironing door from him. However, what impressed me the most was Mr. Tan's business ethics. Before Mr. Tan visited the door, I originally specified that the repair service must include the replacement of a full set of rubber strips between the aluminum frame and the glass. After a careful inspection by Mr. Tan, the full set of rubber strips are currently slightly worn and still function , There is no need to replace it for the time being, so that I was able to save an unnecessary expense. How I hope that the maintenance technicians I will hire in the future are fortunate to have the same professional attitude and business ethics as Mr. Tan.

Good communication, i don't need to give a lengthy explanation, he just ask for a video on the door problem and immediately he identified the actual problem and how to resolve it and provide quotation. 10min works and all done beautifully. Before this I had two repairman to repair it but both fail. He really are my savior.
