★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service, such a waste on a yummy burger to be honest. I ordered ayam special and was informed that the biasa one is sold out, hence only the tebal is available. I said okay sure and asked how much, he said RM7. While paying, he mentioned that it was RM10 which got me a lil confused, cuz he mentioned it was RM7? I said, “eh bukan RM7 ke” and he proceed to answer me rudely “kan u nak special”. And I was like, “tadi u kata RM7?” And he said he said u wanted special, and I was like ya you said RM7, and yeah there were a few back and forth of this conversation lol. He even had the audacity to ask if I read the price list, and I was like “yeah bro none of it wrote tebal, how would I know? Hence I tanya kan ?” The conversation proceed to him being very rude, as if it was my fault that I wasn’t aware that it’s RM10. Bro, just tell me upfront that it’s RM10 la, I would pay for a good burger but not this attitude.
Honestly disappointed cuz I thought I finally found yummy amazing burger in this area, only to be let down by the horrible service. I told him upfront that I enjoy the burger and the wait and time were not what bothers me but the attitude.
Work on it or you’ll lose more customers.
Additional tea: my fren did warn me that this guy is rude with bad service, I thought he probably had a bad day hence my fren’s experience, but his service proved me wrong now ?♀️
