โ โ โ โ โ Whatever shows in the pictures will not be available. Tv not working. No hot water. no toiletries. Worst hotel in city. Better stay in somewhere else. Waste of money

Wonโt let you check in early even though the hotel was almost empty.
Bed sheets and pillows were dirty
Shower was broken
A/c didnโt work properly either
On asking for second key asked for extra deposit.

โ โ โ โ โ We've booked and prepaid online for one family room and one standard room, both for 4days and 3nights. Once we arrive at the hotel, they said that all the rooms are already sold out. They said that they did not update their online system so we can see that there are rooms to book online while in fact they are all sold out already. After lots of arguing then we finally ***age to get one king room (just a king bed, the room is still so small). After two nights (because weve been busy) then on the last day we finally ***age to get what one family room, and one king room. But still, bad services. Easy to park your car here. Maybe u can call the hotel first before you prepay online. Because they dont refund our money. Btw there is aunty selling fresh coconut drinks nearby, taste is so good.
