Honestly a joke to 5 star hotel. Even 3-4 stars hotel are better. Super untrained professional. The chinese duty manager can't even speak proper English and was super unhelpful giving excuses. Very inconvenient as there's no lobby and bellboys to assist (lack of staff apparently) You got to go to level 41. So if convenience is what you seek better luck elsewhere.

It is not easy to find a room with 2 queen size bed and still have plenty of place for your to roam around at the same time. Bed and room is comfortable, noise isolation is pretty good and not to mention the great cup of coffee available when u step out from the lift. Hotel is located at Brickfield at quite a weird location if you are driving but the Bangsar LRT is just across the railway make it very convenient to travel by the public transport. The parking experience is a shame for such a great hotel. You not only have to deal with tight turns and reverse direction but thick pillar which either you can’t open your car door or the car next to you might hit your car when they are opening their door. To get to the hotel you will have to take a lift down to the ground floor, then take the next lift to hotel lobby at level 41 then another lift to your room. Did I mentioned that you have to pay RM5 for each exit of this terrible car park? Remember to exchange your ticket at the lobby before exit otherwise the parking will cost you a bomb! I forgot to exchange my parking ticket and the machine show me a parking fee of RM100 and I have to take 2 lift to the lobby to exchange the ticket and another to lift to get back to my car. Don’t stay here if you drive and traveling with elderly

Check in took a long time to navigate the ways to hotel lobby, especially searching for the right lift to go hotel lobby at Level 41. Lift lobby at carpark is dark because light is blown, no one welcomed you by handling luggage from 1st floor lobby or Level 41 lobby like what Hilton hotel does for you. Overall the check in wasted a long time. What is worse they never provide you the essential services (luggage service & chauffeur service), you need to request on your own. And they never inform you what is not available during your booking confirmation. Cleanliness is terrible. Bedsheet is not clean, furniture stains, fridge is not cold, can of coke in the fridge is not thrown away, hand soap is not given at the sink area. Essential and basic things are not provided. Comfort level for the bed is very bad. All the pillows are not firmed. I did not have good sleep at all. Overall the trip is Poor. The services does not aligned with the beautiful look of the interior.

For the price, it’s beyond our expectations. Beautiful, chic and cozy room. Very relaxing after a hectic day out. Customer service at the reception and the restaurant were superb. Definitely will stay here again.

The review of this hotel was superb but personal experience: - lift are way too slow and only 2 lifts. Need to be patient while waiting for them. - room pillow case with musty smell - parking design with lots of sharp corner - TV channels are limited. Plus point - good location, near public transport. - separate working partition. - coffee machine with unlimited cups. Expecting more from a branded hotel especially the musty pillow case is way just unacceptable.

Room is nicely designed and beautiful but badly maintain. I requested for early check in and i called to the staff and leave my phone number to call me as soon as the room is ready. At the end, i never receive any return call by the staff end of the day. As my first day check in - the drainage of my washing basin was clogged. - power socket near work desk table was unusable. - shower room door couldn't fully closed. I was freezing cold where the air cond blown inside while i was having shower. - my safely latch for my door was spoil, i was locked in my room until staff is here to free me from inside. Although the staff attend to me efficiently but room is badly maintained. I stayed in hotel total of 4 days 3 nights. As my last day, i requested just for one hour late check out and i was rejected by them.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Not to mention the location here is superb. Can have a fantastic view from the city. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting.

Good rooms and symmetric pool. Hand soap doesn’t come as default so will need to request it. Great restaurants in the hotel. Took a while for luggage to be delivered. Remote didn’t work but got resolved after a few calls. Some stains under the bed. Good value though and enjoyed our stay overall
