Such a beautiful stay with amazing attentive staff always ready to help with great attitude. Restaurant was able to prepare food for our 1 year old baby. Many areas within the resort for exploration. it's a nice and quiet place with beautiful views.

Elegance service. Don’t stay here if you get a promotion deal from them. It’s a trap. Would rather stay at Garden Residence. The β€œtrap” was the promotion price does not allow you to do any earlier check in even though there was a room available and the rooms were pretty much run down. I had stayed in numerous hotels before and never experienced a Hotel not allow me to check in 30 minutes early or even hours earlier unless really no room available which I had not encountered before. May be I was lucky? How I know there was a room available? As the front desk told me unless I pay extra or upgrade my room! This is why I said it’s a trap. If I pay extra, I better stay at Garden instead of Boulevard! In addition, not sure whether all the rooms are standard but the 2 rooms that I checked in, the carpets were in very bad condition with iron’s burnt mark and not clean as you can see from the picture.

Firstly, I would like to compliment everyone at the reception for being extremely attentive and friendly during our arrival and every time we walk by it. Siva (I hope I got his name right) was so helpful in assisting me navigate the Grab app so I could get a ride to the US Embassy. He made sure I had the correct pickup point at the hotel lobby and not the mall North entrance. It made such a lasting impression on me and I am extremely thankful for that. I had wanted to compliment him after my return from the embassy but did not manage to see him. The Boulevard hotel has always been close to my heart as I have stayed there with my parents as a child and teenager. We have fond memories of the hotel. Now that I am a working adult, I was exuberant to be able to bring my mother to KL for a girls’ shopping trip and stay at your hotel on such a great price. Nonetheless, I wish to highlight a couple of issues I had. 1.A newly renovated room does not mean much when the floor is dirty, carpet stained and bedding torn in several places. When I call housekeeping about this, they were apologetic and sent someone to clean up. The housekeeper lamented that they were short of staff. 2.With a RM50 charge per room, the inclusive breakfast was extremely disappointing. On the first morning, Wild Rice gave us 4 options; Toast, Nasi Lemak, Porridge, and American Breakfast. When I asked if the American Breakfast came with toast, the staff sternly told me I could only have ONE item. American Breakfast was good though. My mother ordered the Nasi Lemak so imagine our surprise when it was literally just nasi lemak with sambal, anchovies, peanuts and hard-boiled egg; no sides of curry chicken/rendang or any kind of meat accompaniments. We ordered coffee and it did not come with creamer of any kind so we had to request. On the second morning, we were once again provided the exact same options for breakfast. I again ordered the American Breakfast but most of what was served was lukewarm at best. Hash browns were cold. My mother decided to try the porridge. It was also lukewarm. I am no chef but I like to think porridge is meant to be steaming hot when served with its condiments which were rightfully cold. So for RM25 per person, your breakfast quality and options hardly seem worth it. Being ala carte menu, I would expect that the food served to be freshly made to order. I understand that the pandemic has affected everyone, particularly the tourism industry but if this is the standard of your hotel now, I might as well have paid half of what I spent for Cititel instead.

Nice elegant hotel, a bit pricey but I guess that's because of the great location. A few steps from the lobby and voila, a private entry into the North court of Mid Valley mall! RM 500 got us (3 adults) into a largish Studio room with an extra cot & breakfast for 3. The room had glass walls on two sides and the KL night skyline is great. Indian veg choices are limited in the buffet but sufficient. I was there on a business trip and the connected mall kept my family engaged happily! Overall a pleasant stay.

Chose this hotel to celebrate my hubby's birthday.. Nice and comfortable room.. So cozy and true enuff feels like sleeping in bed the whole day... But as we are elderly people the central aircond at times are so cold. Breakfast are ok though we don't get to taste the buffet. And yes disappointed with the parking. Have to walk a bit further to the hotel from Zone C.

Staff is friendly. Clean hotel. Managed to checked in early and Alisha is very helpful in making sure I was getting the bed that I want despite early check in. I was informed there's room promotion if you book directly with the hotel until 31st Dec 2020. The hotel does not offer day check in or pay per hour however there's option for you to check in early and check out late.
