 The doctor at the clinic cheated the patient's money and asked for payment again, but no matter what, they cheated for work !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ operational procedures are getting more organized but still crowded at times. went for vaccination and other treatment consultations. sometimes the waiting time is short and smooth but the other way round sometimes. was lucky everytime in finding car park space for my every visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor was excellent enough.. the nurse? Meh ..specifically the nurse that attended patients at the main door (klinik perubatan 1) on 25th of march 2022 around 8 am .. very rude, annoying and loud. Literally scolded all the patients especially the elderly (50 years above ^^) without any reason. Please don’t let someone who clearly have anger issues or someone who is mentally ill to attend the patient infront . First impression is very important. This ppum is a private hospital or not there is no reason for her to treat people that way. So are the patients coming here To get treated like this?
Previously the guy who attended us were friendly and professional. This woman is totally different
