★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A consolidated medical department for the treatment of serious diseases. This hospital is very well equipped and the patients are very well taken care of. Syabas to the Malaysian medical ministry. Medical treatments are a fraction of the costs compared to the neighbour down south.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Menara Timur has become the blood sampling area or “pusat setempat pengambilan darah”, need to walk quite a distance and not so convenient for elder people, but the service is fast considering the amount of patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lily Ward (Menara Timur). Ward is clean, staffs were courteous & professional. Doctors were great. The only thing is ward & clinics were in separate places. However, shuttle vans were ready for patients & relatives.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite the usual crowd and limited parking, staff utterly helpful and good Sops in place. Caring, Responsible & Kind Doctor & Nurse @Anggerik Ward are very much appreciated! The only problem is very limited car parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parking and lift is a big problem during peak timing. Need to be patient to wait and see doctor. The rest is great especially the doctor is professional and the nurse at wards is caring.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Blood tests cue system changed again. pay 30mins then wait in line to get CUE number for blood test. Signages and new procedures not clearly indicated to patients.. looks like a mess
