★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite inevitable crowd, commendable efficient patient management and helpful staff help to mitigate the unpleasantness felt by some people about visiting hospitals. COVID safety precautions observed by security, and staff and visitors help to reduce concerns. Great idea to have online visa entry forms prefilled by visitors and patients to cut down on uneccesary esary queues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommended for the faint of heart. The Doctors are great but the facilities and efficiency of service is worst than I thought especially the parking. They charge expensively and to top up your card is not accessible. Waiting time for a none critical patients was written 90minutes only but for my friend he waited the whole night. Almost 6 hours of waiting time, plus, the number of patient was not a lot. I recommend don't come here at night. Please go to a government hospital. Same service time and better facilities. And a lot cheaper if you are a citizen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very great hospital and clean even the service good but not that much fast service ? if u come at night as emergency service u should wait all night to see the doctors until come at morning, one more thing as I'm not a local so I most pay dabble for example if the CR for local Rm 650 I pay Rm 1300 with service Rm 80 so total will be Rm 1380 so I just want say that not everyone can pay like that price so as great hospital like UMMC u should be helpful for everyone and humans !!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is one semi public hospital with so many faculties to cater to the public. The physiotherapy department which i go to is so well equipped and the therapists are so helpful and knowledgeable. The specialists and doctors are so committed to their specialities.
The wards are really clean and the nurses are helpful. The male nurses are great. Helpful and always on hand to assist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not that I am a huge fan, parking could be better but of course when you're early u get the best spot . On the whole being patient when u need to park your car, there are many good souls who would assist you , or at least let u know where they are parked so that u could park in their spot. Having said there RUKA is alright too with some facelifts that were done...menara selatan is also good with Timur being located easily. It pays to know your way around. People are ever so helpful and I guess I do hang out a lot in Bondi Cafe...the food is good....try it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was here for my third vaccine booster shot appointment. The staff were very reassuring and professional in discharging their duties.
The PPV hall had a relaxing and calming atmosphere and even music was piped in to break any tension.
There was supposed to be an auxiliary policeman posted at the ground floor elevator, but there wasn't at the time I came. His duty was to ensure the designated express elevator shuttles between the 13th floor (where the PPV is) and the ground floor.
Unfortunately with no officer on duty that morning, the designated elevator became free-for-all. It stopped at multiple floors and even went back up without going to the Ground level. That cost PPV attendees about 15 minutes' of waiting at the Ground floor.
