Was saw the review and purposely drove from PJ to klang for sinus surgery, a very friendly ENT specialist Dr Singh Saren Rajveer, he will even personally WhatsApp me when I have any doubt during consultation period. Extremely helpful and experienced doctor. I’m very satisfied.

Admission takes 2.5hours. Unsanitary environment in the room which includes a wrongly disposed alcohol swabs stained with blood on the floor. Bathroom was unsanitary as well with hair on the sink. Called for a janitor to clean up the mess but waited 1/2 an hour

Terrible slow service. Almost similar with GH. Wait for 20minutes for payment even only 2 ppls on Q. Really teerrible management. 10 minutss completed the taak but need to spend 30 to wait for Non ppl Q, aftee done. Spend another 30 minutes to wait for payment Q even only 2 ppls. Totally no improvement on it. May b this is the "Standard" KPI........

Overall is good. The unsatisfied service is the staff nurse who giving blood pressure measurement on 6-7am (24/3/22) while I'm warded , she slap my pillow to wake up me, I had been frightened suddenly. I'm ensure she is night shift nurse . Please look into this issue seriously.

We was very upset when we are here for treatment on 17th May.Your staff at the registration counter 2..did not even wish a good morning or ask how are you but her 1st word from her mouth is which insurance are you using. I was taken a back rather then a good morning wish or how are you...your staffs priority was money...when the patient is sick. No doubt when we are here we know that we have to pay ...but does that mean that we have address money as a first answer. When you have 5 principles and the 1st principle is patients 1st ...does this principle means patients money is it? 2nd what you mean by integrity as 2nd principle when your staff is does not have it. 3rd empathy ...where does empathy apply when money was as priority even at front desk. Went for routine health screening, great hospitality and services by the staffs. However, it is difficult to find a car park.

Pantai Klang has to improve their services, so many discrepancies from their staff and I am starting to wonder how is it OK to leave patient with them. 1) To claim insurance, we need to apply letter of guarantee from our insurance company. But the staff left the application there for about half an hour before they proceed. Then upon approving from insurance company, which took only 15 minutes, the staff just brush us off saying the letter wasn't approved yet even though its been approved for over 20 minutes. They only did it after I confronted them. 2) The ward for patient was empty all the time, according to them they needed some time to clean and sanitise the bed. I too understand all these must be done. But if the bed was vacant all the time, how long do they really need? It took us close to an hour to process. Hospital usually blame insurance company for the long waiting time. But then who is the real culprit? 3) Parking fees. Hospital doesn't allow patient or agent to claim. All the staff just push the responsibilities around. One says that I can pay first then claim from hospital, then another one say I need to file complain. The parking office was closed but he just push the blame on me saying its my fault for not knowing how to claim (even though none of your staff know this?) Really disappointed with your services. Wish you could have done better.

Manage to walk in register my c-19 booster dose here, the receptionist & staffs is very well mannered. Got the appointment call on registered day afternoon & the next day is the appointment booster jab, v reach on time & completed the process within 1hr. All personnel & medical staffs team is very good & courtesy. Good & pleasant experience on having my booster jab here! Thumbs up ? & keep up the good work!
