★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I currently here at ward, why you serve me very bad salad, tomato & cucumber very bad texture & size, mushroom soup is not original blend mix mushroom, its made from powder mix is very bad for me as patient, i need fresh food for me to recovery, please management of KPJ Klang if not because of i sick & My doc is here,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Jee Shir Li did a wonderful job on our girl who was diagnosed with inflamed appendicitis. Trained in laparoscopic surgery, she did a good and clean surgery. She also took the time to explain all the procedures before and after the surgery. Nurses from ward 552 and the Maternity ward, were kind and did perform their duties well, adhering to Covid SOP's. Thank you for taking good care? On the whole, many thanks for a good experience at KPJ! All the best!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just don't understand why your specialist clinic doctors comes after 11am instead of 8:30am as stated? This is the only private hospital I come across with such a poor time management? If your doctor's consultation hours are flexible, please stated clearly and don't waste patient's times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ive been waiting from 7:30pm until 11:00pm. Waiting for the GL request from hospital. Im wasting too much time here same as gov hosp. Services was too bad. The MO ask me what type of medicine do you want. Omg u just gave me panadol la i dont even know what was that haiyo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Thi Ha Htun diagnosis on 31 May 2022, confirmed my kidney stone at ureter position (RT VUJ Stone) but lucky enough there was still a very narrow passage for urination at that time. But this could become nasty at any time and advised not to wait any longer if possible, since these stones could block out the ureter passage without warning.
After much good advice and valuable information, reassurances and financial assistance, I had made up my mind to arrange for the procedure on 2 June, 2022, and it was a successful one. Thank you Dr Thi Ha Htun. Your professional and compassion extended to patients are highly regarded and appreciated.
I would also like to say thank you to Dr Roselina for her kind encouraging conversation during the IV time.
Not to forget to say thank you to all nurses who were at the surgical ward for their friendly and caring services provided during my 3 days stay.
