★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The wellness center is excellent. Doctor and staff are very accomodating. Change in ultrasound location has help in improving the overall waiting time. Also the process scheduling eliminate waiting time. Keep up the excellent work by the team in Welness Center. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time at this hospital. Used the “Wellness Center” for my health screening. My experience was wonderful, the staff was super kind, compassionate and efficient. Scheduling was also fairly easy. Highly recommend, and personally will be back for future checkups.

My dad was a stroke patient and need to revisit the Dr Wong Yee Choon.
First of all, their appointment does not give any time slot, just say Morning.
My sister fetch my dad from Kulim to Penang to revisit the doctor. 7am go over.. Reached around 9am and do the blood test.
After that they go for breakfast and started to wait for the doctor.
So they wait till 6.30pm, still not able to see the doctor. I dont understand if the doctor so busy and need to go up the ward to check other patients, how come still arrange patients to come to revisit?
My dad wait for 11 hrs sitting there. And I believe there are still others old patients waiting there. This is how the hospital and doctor treated the patients. No time management. Really SHAME ON you Dr Wong Yee Choon and Pantai Hospital Penang

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here to see Dr See from ENT, attentive and detailed consultation given when affordable price. Very thorough and friendly.
Registration for outpatient clinic were smooth and all clinic and registration staff were helpful.
Not 5 star because parking for very difficult, but then its an established and old hospital, bit difficult to renovate and make the parking more accessible and bigger.
