โ โ โ โ โ one star is too much is there any zero star?? I have been in the clinic twice both terrible last time i go there with low pressure and dizziness i couldnโt even stand up and i was pregnant! they put me on hold for more than one hour and then they said Dr is gone already !!! rude and helpless staff .I never go there again

Not satisfied with Dr.Rosita
I visited this clinic 3 years ago and it was good back then.
However now they are worst by so far I ever since.
Even 1 star is high.

โ โ โ โ โ Perhaps the hospital mgmt should aware about their staff attitude & behavior. The doctors are ok but the ward staff act just like typical government hospital. Quite rude to customer. Last time I got bad experience with those staff esp with their supervisor (quite old). Whether she or whoever under her should be trained regarding manners towards customers or sacked right away. They give bad reputation to the hospital & Dr Rosita.

โ โ โ โ โ Dr Rosita is the best female obgyn in Penang and argueably in Malaysia. I would say her specialist is in c-sec. I had 2 c-sec with her and the whole journey was wonderful and the delivery experience was smooth.Dr Rosita is strict on her methods, so if you are not very good at following doctorโs advice, it might be hard.
She is also very strong supporter on breast feeding, and discourage mothers to bottle feed babies unless it is unavoidable after giving birth.
