★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the worst PappaRich outlet I have been to.
Terrible service from the foreign waiter (the one with big biceps)
I asked for a table with power outlet and he stared at me and went, "ada ada semua meja ada" in a very sarcastic and heavy tone.
My food was placed on my table in a rough manner as if he was serving an animal.
Food quality in terms of taste, is completely bland and watery. I ordered the wan tan dry noodles, it was so watery and had no taste to it at all.
My first and last to this terrible outlet.
The drink was really nice however, so 1 star for that and the ambience.

No basic courtesy. The staff act like why is there even customer coming in.
Food and drink was mediocre and plus with that terrible service, its horrible!!!
Bloody just close your outlet lah.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is fantastic, though they bring out the desert, drinks and food all randomly. So desert seems to come first, then someones meal then drinks and then another meal and so on. The service is brutally terrible, they really hate working. Every waiter we asked to take our order, get a sauce or had a question looked at us like we were lunatics or something. Weve been here two days in a row, because the food is just good priced and tasty. They really need to have a smile on the crews faces or something.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely avoid this branch if you want to eat the Kueh Teow. Way too soggy you just don’t know if you’re eating stir fry porridge, it’s ridiculous. I can’t finish it.
Ambience wise is fine. Service may be a little sloppy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very dissapointed with the food quality. Our side dishes are not served even after we finished our foods. They only serve it after we asked about it. As you can see here, the food is not appetizing,the portion is small & egg is not the same as in the menu. I had tried this menu 2 times at Papparich Nu Sentral and the portion is big, same as in the menu & more tasty! They didn't provide cutlery to us when serving the foods,they only realized when were trying to find the cutlery. I was shocked the waiter gave a spoon with price sticker still attached on it!

1. the food is tasteless... not even at the same par as at other branches...
2. rude staff... Definitely your staff needs to be trained how to be polite...
3. Egg shell in the porridge.. Oh my!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to enjoy your meal at papparich, avoid this brunch. Me and my mum went for lunch and after order, even people come after us get their meal and the stuff there come and question us why we want to cancle our order. Disappointed, very very very bad service here. You serve other first and leave us behind and still want to question us and don't let us cancle our order, some more the attitude is rude. Bad services. Wouldn't never come again thought the food is not bad....
