★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to THIS restaurant due to the fact that during lunch time there’s too many crowd in other restaurant. The staff is welcoming and very polite too. I love the fact that when we arrived we are the only customer in the restaurant. We assume that our order will arrive earlier as there’s no other customer than us, but we are wrong. We have to wait nearly 30 minutes for our first food to arrive. Wantan soup looks good the wantan it self taste great but unfortunately the vegetables that come with the soup is under cooked. Next order was mee rebus daging salai, we are looking forward to enjoy this the most but how disappointed we are when the meat( daging salai) is spoiled, it has this sour taste and I spit on my first chew. I try the rest it was the same.. however the noodle and the gravy was ok not to say it was the best but just acceptable. The next item we order was chicken chop, the corn in the cob was under cooked, the chicken is well cooked but it has gamy taste to it perhaps they need to wash and seasoned the chicken a bit more to cut the gamy taste. This place has a lot of potential, it has great ambiance and nice polite staff but they need to work on the cooking. We told the staff about the meat (daging salai) issue so they will not served it to the other customer and as them to check on the meat again. Overall Ian giving 2 stars just because they have a wonderful staff.
