โ โ โ โ โ The food portion was small, but price was high. The food was also not worth the price, taste normal, I would say it taste more like malay food. The food came late due to overlooking our order n no apologies. A pot of to yam soup for 2, one person size brocoli, one person size tofu n one person size fried sotong total rm 140. Not recommending this restaurant at all, will not come again.

โ โ โ โ โ I think majority of my order is not up to the expectation of portion and price.
Taste wise very plain and bland. Doesn't go at par at all with the price. I do think Mr Tuk Tuk had a better price, size of portion and taste wise.
Will not come again. Will not recommend other people to come. Mine you; service change and tax are quite pricey but service is so so. One of my worst eating experience.

โ โ โ โ โ The food is great with lots of choices and the customer service is awesome. Waitresses and waiters are very sweet. Its a relief its survived the pandemic as there aren't many other options for dining at mitsui outlet.

โ โ โ โ โ We were wowed with the food . We ordered Pad Thai Noodle with Prawn , Steamed Seabass Fish , Tomyam seafood Noodle and their Thai Ice Tea . The Chef did an amazing job so as the bartender . Not forgetting the floor crew , we are aware that they are busy but they still put a smile behind their Mask. Keep up the good workโฆ we will definitely be back for more !!

โ โ โ โ โ Price - a bit pricey but still consider reasonable
Taste - it's okay. Nothing below expectation. If mango salad more sour it will be great. My family said the seabass steam and the squid steam are spicy and great. I found meatballs soup is good. Daging bakar is really great. Remind you of the Danok.
Will I come again? Maybe
Recommended? For mitsui, not much choices. So I think you can try this.

โ โ โ โ โ What a dissapointing experience! Went to your restaurant in Mitsui today and was very annoyed with your staff. Ordered only 3 dishes with rice and only one delivered to our table. Waited for another freaking hour just to get the other two dishes to our table! Waiter keep saying that they will check but never update.
I had to walk to the kitchen bar to find two of the waitress having a very nice chit chat with each other and my dish was there on the counter, COLD! Most of the staff are rude, incompetent and not even friendly!
I would give 0 star if I can, but HELL NO. Not going to recommend this to anyone.

โ โ โ โ โ When i first arrived, i see a crowd waiting to be seated and i understand why. Confucius once said, "if you want the good stuff, you gotta wait."
Surprisingly, it took less than 10 minutes to seat my whole family down. Thanks to Siti Aminah and an fine indian gentlemen whom i not manage to his name for their prompt action. Hope both you get a raise.
The ambience is nice, the thai pop song really remind me the streets of Sukhumvit. I ordered clear soup tom yam, steam squid, salted fish kailan, omelet, crying tiger beef and chicken thai fried rice for my kids.
The crying tiger. It really live up to its name. Meat was tender and juicy, the sauce is to die for and the whole experience is to cry for. I shed my tears when eating it, i can't believe that such a good food really exist. Don't say tiger, a dragon like me who always won COD Mobile also can cry.
Tom yam, squid and omelet. The first bite was ecstacy, and the rest of it is God sent experience. I was fly up above to the heaven and play a round of harp before descend down to earth and went straight to coma for a few minutes and i wake up to a better person. Better me.
Thanks to the whole Parathai Mitsui Outlet staff. You guys definitely go to heaven. Insha Allah.

โ โ โ โ โ Overstaffed with super slow service. Cashier, waitress and hostess were all either rude, ignorant or just not suitable to work as a service staff. The rudest of them all was this lady named Rein. Be warned.
Food did not taste as good as 2 years ago.
