First of all, I must say: The express service attitude of this company is super good ??! Whether you have any questions about mailing or what you don’t understand, they will answer patiently and help you solve the problem. For me, Parcel Hub’s one-stop express service is so convenient! In addition to local and international mail delivery services, this is also a dropoff point for Lazada and Shopee! Also, the boss here is very caring, if it is international mail, you will be notified that the package is sent out... the date of receipt, etc.?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was calling up a few courier services around Taipan area to seek for boxing and wrapping services for a bulky item to be returned to seller. Parcelhub responded with such professionalism. Two ladies (and a later young man) at the counter were so helpful, diligent, and careful in wrapping and boxing. Customer service at its best!
