★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to pay PDRM summon but the staff asked to go JPJ. Make me thought that it cannot pay in post office but went another post office only know that they do have the service. I don't know if the staffs were cheating or even the staffs themselves also don't know they should provide the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opens earlier than banks so that’s good. Popular so can be crowded during peak hours but not during Corvid-19 era coz many chairs “x-ed”. A point of weakness is that while they are popular for JPJ services, they do not always stock many road tax renewal and driving licence slips so if this is your objective, you better give them a call or try Pejabat Pos SS 15 will give better luck.
UPDATE: JPJ UTC Shah Alam has a signboard at the main desk counter stating distribution of JPJ documents eg driving licence and road tax replacement at Pejabat Pos only July onwards. If Pejabat Pos staff cannot answer query on this, you will be get more accurate reply calling JPJ.

This is of 7 Oct 2021 around 3.00pm. I went to this branch to renew my driving license despite seeing those 'bad' reviews here. As usual lah, now that business slowing opening, so parking might be a bit problem. Talking about the service, I can tell you that they are good, fast and efficient. Still remember when I go that time as stated at the start, there were 10 numbers ahead and only 2 at the counter. Ah, I know what u all want to say, the same old thing as before but to all Subang Jayans! you can for sure use this place to run whatever errands you need to do as things seem to change a lot here. As I say, there were 10 numbers ahead but I only waited about 15 minutes and the renew of driving license just took me about less than 6 mins and thats it! driving license renewed. So, forget about all the past reviews and trust mine as I don't have reasons to lie to all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management need to add more staff. Only two staff on site to serve customers, and the time taken to process one customer takes more than 15 mins. 4 people ahead of you would mean one hour of waiting time!
Best to come here early when the doors open to avoid waiting time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slow service. Horrible for online sellers to drop off. Waste of time compared to other pos Malaysia outlet being much more friendly from drop off. Drop off orders also need take no. If got large quantities of orders I think will take forever to process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Take a number from the machine the moment u come in. Machine is at the left. I came on a Tuesday morning 10.30am, got 6 people in queue in front of me. Takes about 20 mins to reach my turn as only 2 counter is open. Renewing license takes as fast 5 min! For 5 years renewal need pay rm152.50. Bring your ic and license.

Arrived at 8:15 AM and people already start to queue. Opens at 8:30 sharp but only 1 person and 1 counter. Friendly and fast service. Cash only transaction. Wanted to renew for 3 years but not enough cash. Renewed for 2 years instead which is RM62.50
