★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a bit old, but the room is clean and spacious, the balcony is big family can do steamboat, It is recommended. The inconvenience is that the resort does not provide shower gel disposable toothbrushes, and there is no telephone contact counter service in the room. You need to drive to the counter if you are in a hurry.WiFi not strong ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Astro channels include TV1 and TV2 only besides Astro Arena, no other channels which is contrary of what was promised. Water heater very poor. No wifi services and the well-keeping of the entire place was highly unsatisfactory. Amneties promised versus what was given is very bad. Very bad hygiene levels. Overall rating of our experience here. 4/10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My second time staying at Zarania, First was superb. Second, had issues regarding cleanliness and water heater. Honestly, I like this hotel. The scenery, location, architecture, environment, the room and facilities provided inside the room with the price not more than RM250/night on weekend, the room definitely good for my vacation with big family. The room was comfort, big,have simple and nice interior, can fit between 7-8 person, large balcony. Everything was perfect except the cleanliness. Not so dirty but not so clean, i still can differentiate if the bedsheet changed or not, small rubbish on the floor. But the staffs was very helpful when i request to change the bedsheet set and clean the floor.
