★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor service!!we’ve booked one unit and applied for loan applications, while our loan is processing (pending result), they texted me saying that another customer got loan approved for the house we applied for and the unit has been given to that customer. She has not informed us anything about this earlier and insisting me to change to another unit as this unit was given to another customer. The worst part is even after the unit has given to another customer, the agents insisting/ forcing me to show savings account for my loan approval for the unit which has been given to another customer. When my loan was approved they told me to buy a bigger and more expensive unit / small unit but more expensive than the unit we booked. Such a worst service I ever seen. So much forgery. I will never recommend to anybody !!
