โ โ โ โ โ Love shopping here as they have everything! Favourite floor is level 3 for shoes shoes shoes, esp. Fiorucci shoes from HK. On same floor loads of cosmetics, fragrances, beauty & bath products. Free gift wrapping when you spend rm250 above, but here's a cheapskate's hack - Info counter at Pavilion offers FREE gift wrapping for any amount spent in the mall.

โ โ โ โ โ Went to Parkson Elite and was looking through the Uchino (Japanese 'marshmallow' fabric) section. Was impressed with the fabric and what stock they had, so took a pamphlet to read. As I walked away reading the pamphlet, the sales rep came after me and told me that the pamphlet was only for potential buyers and took it away from me. Am I not a potential buyer?
Very poor customer service from this person, and ruined my otherwise great experience.

โ โ โ โ โ Visited the cosmetics floor. Loved it as usual. Well, we have reward points from both Parkson and Bonus Link cards. Very rewarding indeed. Triumph lingerie gave a birthday month gift of a RM60 voucher. Enjoyed my shopping spree very much.
