★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a bad appartments, but on my floor (7th) there some cockroaches can be met... Not the best neighbors especially in your place)) another thing is that you pass can just expire unexpectedly and you will not be able to use elevator without staff assistance - and is in lobby))
Gym is badly equipped, but the pool is awesome - it is quite big to sweem and has a great view on "tweens"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every unit is different. Some units are beautiful and location is very good. Many security features such as access card that can only allow you to your floor. Very clean and well maintained. One of the most value for money places to stay in central KL. Even comes with 24 hrs security guards. The place has cleaned up very much compare to a year ago by the local authorities. Can't get any better for this price. Located less than 5 minutes from the KLCC park for nice jog or evening stroll.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Getting into its compound can be quite challenging. From main road, no signage. As one approaches the guardhouse, direction is misleading. It's also very inconvenient to register (if you are a guest). Visitor carparks are very very limited & again, poorly indicated. Do note, security imposes a standard 1hr only parking for visitors. Do be careful of the narrow drive way up to & down from the lobby.
