★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So satisfied and happy with Partylicious service, they are among so many florists the only one response so fast to me. I request them to take me a photo, they really do it for me. When the parcel delivered, they also send me a photo which sent successfully to my friend. The cash money depends how much amount you want to put, not like other florist website cannot be customised. Will continuously support them in the future, so satisfied with their pretty balloons & superb service.

Messaged and sent pictures when delivering and was delivered on time. I will definitely be using them again very soon. A definite 5 stars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience with ordering a box balloons that needed a caption on the box.
1. There was no preview of the caption on the box with the shop's selected fonts before sending it to us - the fonts were not what I expected at all, and disliked it a lot.
2. Called the shop to figure out a solution, but the only solution for them is for us to pay more and deliver the box back to the shop and them removing the stickers off the box (the caption) and potentially damaging the box.
3. Bad customer experience on my part - only decided to go to this shop because they promised a 1-day delivery.
I would recommend for everyone to check out other party shops before considering this one. Do not recommend this one.

Refund service was done very quickly and they really take initiative to follow up to make sure things are in order. Thumbs up!
